Return & Refund Policy

We are proud of our products and want you to be as well.

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to speak with a team member to receive a return authorization. Items must be unused and must be new in their original packing, including the original invoice for the purchase, and we must be notified within 15 days of receipt of items.

Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Items that have been clearly damaged either by the customer or during the return process are not eligible for a full refund.

Once you receive your return authorization and the address where to send your items, please include all items, packaging, and materials.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returned items. Mace Corporation is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please do not attempt to return items without contacting us first.

All items purchased on Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We will happily replace missing or damaged parts within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
